Pricing

All prices are quoted in Canadian or US dollars.
Taxes and shipping charges are extra.Due to changes in material costs, prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices, specifications and terms of sale in this catalogue are subject to change without prior notice.

All orders are subject to review of payment, terms and credit approval by Adspec and are not binding until accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time.  All orders are subject to availability of products, and Adspec shall not be liable for inability to ship any orders due to material shortages.  Although every effort is made to hold printed prices through 2012, events in domestic and world economies may force prices to change.

Ordering

All purchase orders must be received in writing.

When ordering, please include the following:

• Your company name, order number, address, phone and fax numbers
• Item number, description, quantity and product price
• Decoration information (debossing/hot stamping)
• Camera ready artwork
• Size and location of the logo on the product
• Anticipated shipping date
• Shipping method, ship-to address and account number

We assume that by placing an order with Adspec, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated in the Work Order Acknowledgement and General Information.

Acknowledgement

• Work Order Acknowledgement - Adspec will issue an acknowledgement for each order within 48 hours via fax/email with pricing and delivery date.
• Paper Proof Acknowledgement - Adspec will issue an acknowledgement for each order within 48 hours via fax/email with proof of imprint location and size.

First paper proof acknowledgement is free of charge.
For the second and subsequent proofs, there is an additional charge.

It is imperative that the distributor reviews the acknowledgement for delivery information, pricing and quantity ordered, etc.  It is the responsibility of the distributor to ensure accuracy in these areas otherwise future charges will be billed accordingly and may result in delays.

Every acknowledgement MUST be signed and returned to us within 48 hours before we start processing your order, otherwise production delays may occur.

Artwork

Please supply, via email, info@adspecimages.com

Emails received without identification will be returned to sender delaying production.

Artwork must be in vector format at 100% size, no half-tone screens, and saved as an .ai, .eps or .cdr file.

All fonts must be converted to outlines.

Artwork which requires additional touch-up, clean-up, typesetting or resizing, will incur extra charges.

Any art that is bitmap, tips, gifs or jpgs can be redrawn for a flat fee.  The turnaround time to have the artwork redrawn is 24-48 hours.

Dies & Set-up Charges

There is a charge for debossing/hot stamping - up to 4 sq inches applies for a one time set-up and die.

For larger sizes an additional charge per sq inch applies.

Additional set-up charges will apply if more than one type of product will be decorated at the same time using the same P.O. number.

A repeat set-up charge applies for repeat orders unless the order is for $500.00 or more per product, (before taxes) for any type of printing.

To prevent degradation, we discard all magnesium dies after two years following their last use.  Orders placed after this time will incur new die charges.

Repeat Orders

When placing a repeat order, please include previous purchase order or invoice numbers for easy reference.  Repeat orders may vary slightly in leather colour and texture, however, Adspec will do its best to ensure that the new lot of products will match as closely as possible.

Self-Promo

Each quantity pricing (EQP) is offered on self-promotion orders.  The orders MUST be decorated by Adspec.  Die charges apply.

Non-Decorated Products

For non-decorated products, no minimums apply.  For pricing, please use next column price.

Sample Policy

Samples are sent on written request.  Non-decorated samples are available at next column pricing and can be returned for credit within 30 days.  They must be received in good condition to receive a full credit.  Randomly printed samples are available at EQP less 20%.  Freight both ways is the responsibility of the distributor.  All samples are for exclusive use by distributors and their sales staff and not for sale.

Minimum Quantity

For products ordered below minimum quantity, a surcharge applies.  Half of first column quantity is the absolute minimum.

Inventory Delays

Adspec will do its utmost to ship orders as per shipping date specified in WOA however, restocking problems are unavoidable.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be liable for shipping delays and/or Canada Customs delays.

Insertion

Adspec will insert items, supplied by distributor, at a per item charge.

Over/Under Runs

Every effort is made to ship exact quantities ordered, but Adspec reserves the right to over-ship and under-ship by +/- 5% and bill accordingly.

Lead Times

• Standard Orders - orders for in-stock products can be imprinted within 7-10 business days from receipt of the order, artwork and signed work order acknowledgement and paper proof.
• Rush Orders - a rush charge applies if the order is required less than 7 working days and product is in stock.

Pre-Production / Spec Samples

Product sample proofs of imprinted items are available for a set-up charge in addition to the unit cost of the product for orders below $1000.00 (before taxes).  Die charges and freight charges apply in all cases.

Pricing

All prices shown are F.O.B. Mississauga, ON.  Due to changes in material costs, prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms

Terms are on a Net 30 days basis from date of shipment only on approved accounts.  Deposits may be required if credit limits are exceeded - also, on established accounts as determined by the Credit Department.

A finance charge of 2% per month will be added to past due accounts.

All NSF cheques are subject to a $40.00 charge.

A 100% prepayment by VISA/MasterCard or certified cheque is required for all new customers.

Returns

All returns require an authorization number from Customer Service.  Credit for goods returned cannot be processed without a RA number.  Outgoing/incoming freight is the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure that there are no markings on the leather or gift boxes.  Non-printed goods ordered and then returned (except samples) are subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the invoice amount.

Claims

All products are carefully packed for shipment.  In the event they are received damaged, retain the damaged products, boxes and packing material and notify us immediately.  We are not responsible for good damaged in transit or 10 days after receipt, but will make every effort to settle a claim with the carrier.

All claims must be in writing within 10 days of shipping.

Liability

Disclaimer

Leather is a natural handcrafted product.  Sometimes normal changes are made to enhance the product appearance.  Colour and feel varies from lot to lot.  Adspec will not be responsible for normal variance of leather as leather is a natural product.

Cancellations

All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled unless written authorization is received from Adspec.  All costs incurred till the cancellation date and 5% of the order cancellation fees apply.

Shipping

All our shipments are sent by UPS Ground Insured unless otherwise specified.  Use of other couriers requires that a valid account number is provided.  We assume no responsibility for carrier delays. Drop shipment labels must be provided.  Drop shipment charges of $5.00 (g) apply for each location per package.

Trademarks

Adspec assumes that clients are authorized to use trademarks presented for use for reproduction.  We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.  By submitting order and artwork to Adspec, a distributor represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions and hereby agrees to defend and hold Adspec harmless from all claims.
